What is the standard turnaround time?
At Midwest Stitch and Print, we pride ourselves on a quick turnaround—typically 2 to 3 weeks from the time your order is finalized and payment is received. Need it sooner? Rush options may be available—just ask!
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Nope! Whether you need one item or one hundred, we’re happy to help. We specialize in custom work for individuals, small businesses, and everything in between.
Can I bring my own items to be embroidered or printed?
Yes! You're welcome to bring in your own garments or products. We just ask that they're new, clean, and unwashed. Please note: customer-provided items are done at your own risk, and we’re not responsible for manufacturer defects or damage during the process.
Do you offer custom design help?
Absolutely! We can help bring your vision to life—from digitizing logos to designing something from scratch. Not sure what you want? We’ve got creative ideas and templates to get you started.
Where are you located and do you ship?
We’re located in Troy, Missouri, with a storefront full of fabric, supplies, and custom merch magic! Can’t make it in? No problem—we ship nationwide.
